NYS ‘Am I Eligible’ COVID vaccination website now open to those with comorbidities and underlying conditions.

The governor’s office says that new appointments will be released on a rolling basis over the next week.

Here is some information for potential vaccine appointments.  I am also including the NY Vaccine Hotline information.https://www.cvs.com/vaccine/intake/store/cvd-schedule?icid=covidvaccine-hb-schedule –It will say you are in a waiting room if there are no appointments, but the page automatically refreshes and will show when there is availability.https://www.walgreens.com/findcare/vaccination/covid-19?ban=covid_vaccine_landing_schedule – I am not sure if there are any local Walgreens participating.

https://vaccinefinder.nyc.gov/ – This link says it is for New Yorkers, but may be limited to NYC residents.

The COVID-19 Vaccination Hotline is open 7AM – 10PM, 7 days week, to help New Yorkers determine if they are eligible and schedule vaccination appointments at

1-833-NYS-4-VAX (1-833-697-4829).

The NY State website is showing that there are appointments available in Westchester for those that are eligible.  Scroll down to the bottom and click “get started”.

Use this link to sign up with Orange County to receive information on the vaccine.  https://vaccination.orangecountygov.com/

The Orange County Health Department has provided a link to help determine eligibility for the COVID-19 vaccine.  Click on this link https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/ and follow the prompts.  If you are determined eligible, the website will generate a list of providers and contact information to set up an appointment.

Alert from Governor Cuomo:

OVER 7 MILLION NEW YORKERS ARE NOW ELIGIBLE FOR THE COVID VACCINE BUT THE STATE ONLY RECEIVES 300,000 DOSES PER WEEK FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

DUE TO LIMITED ALLOCATION BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, LIMITED APPOINTMENTS HAVE FILLED UP QUICKLY

CURRENTLY, APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR THE NEXT 14 WEEKS

VACCINATIONS ARE PERFORMED BY LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS, PHARMACIES, DOCTORS OFFICES AND HOSPITALS. PLEASE CALL THEM FOR APPOINTMENTS AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE & FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
